All packages shipping within the U.S. will be made through United States Postal Service. A flat rate fee of $3.00 will be charged for all domestic shipping. Shipping costs for International locations will need to be determined on a case by case basis. This will require an email with the item number and purchasers address to craftyim@theartistictwist.com .

Privacy Policy:
Contact information including email address, telephone
number, address, etc., provided by the Purchaser, will be used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address are used solely to bill the customer
for their order. We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information.
Returns:
All jewelry is handcrafted. Each piece is unique and may
not be duplicated exactly alike. If you are not happy with the quality of your jewelry, send it back within 30 days
from the date of purchase. Money will be refunded, for normal wear, (less the shipping and handling fees), or can be exchanged
for another piece of equal value.
Repairs:
Please, note that
wire wrapped jewelry is more delicate than some types of manufactured pieces. If your jewelry is damaged after normal
wear and requires repair, there will be a repair fee. This fee will be determined by the extent of the damage.
Since each piece is unique we can not guarantee the piece will be replicated exactly as the original piece but will make every
effort to do so.
Miscellaneous:
Each piece is one of a kind. Every effort is made to keep this site current, however, should you choose
an item that has been sold, your account will be credited. We will however, make every effort to contact you
first to see if you prefer to supplement the order with a different product.
